Luna Build — build, renovate, improve

Built right the first time.

A general contractor working across Orange County, from framing parts of custom homes to turning over kitchens and cabinetry across whole apartment buildings.

What we do

Three kinds of work, one standard.

01

Build

New construction and the structural side of custom homes: framing, additions, and the parts a general contractor hands off when the work has to hold up to inspection.

  • Custom home scopes
  • Room additions
  • Framing & structural
02

Renovate

Full remodels, start to finish. Kitchens and cabinetry are the core of it, including multi-unit turnovers where fifteen or more units run on one schedule.

  • Kitchen remodels
  • Cabinetry & installation
  • Multi-unit turnovers
03

Improve

The work that makes a property worth more than it was. Bathrooms, interiors, and the finish work that decides whether a job reads as done or nearly done.

  • Bathroom remodels
  • Interior finishes
  • Property upgrades

Why contractors keep calling

Most remodelers can't run a fifteen-unit job.

Luna Build works both sides. Trusted with pieces of custom home builds by other general contractors, and brought in on multi-unit residential where the same kitchen has to be delivered fifteen-plus times, on schedule, without a punch list a mile long. That's a different kind of operation than a one-truck remodeler, and it's what a homeowner is actually buying when they hire us for a single kitchen.

How it goes

No mystery, no moving numbers.

  1. Walk the job

We come out, look at what's actually there, and talk through what you want done, including the parts that will cost more than you expect, before you commit.

  2. Written scope and price

You get the scope in writing with the price attached. If something changes mid-job, it gets priced and approved before the work happens, not after.

  3. Build it

One crew, one schedule, one person you call. We finish the punch list before we ask to be paid out, because that's the part everyone else skips.

Get started

Tell us about the project.

The more you can say about scope, timeline and where the property is, the more useful the first conversation is.

We'll get back to you to set up a walkthrough. No obligation, no pressure.
