Luna Build is brought in on custom home projects by the general contractor running them, and takes defined scopes within the build. The work sits inside someone else's programme and has to meet the inspections that apply to it.

Whole-home remodels
Full residential renovations, taken on as a single general-contracting project.
A whole-home remodel spans several trades and several phases. Luna Build takes it as one general-contracting project rather than a set of separate engagements, so the scope, the sequence and the trades sit with one licensed contractor.

Cabinetry covers custom cabinet packages and full-kitchen packages, for single homes and for the multi-family work below. It is the same scope either way: the cabinets a kitchen needs, specified and fitted to the room.

Luna Build takes kitchen and cabinet packages across multi-family residential jobs of fifteen or more units, for owners, developers and property managers. It is the same cabinetry and kitchen work as the single-home side, at building scale.
