Your details, and what happens to them
Effective 16 September 2026. This is the whole of it, in plain words.
What the form collects
The quote form on our contact page asks for your name and phone number — those two are required. It also has optional boxes for your email address, your city, the type of work, and project details. There is a hidden field that catches spam bots. That is everything the form asks for. We do not ask for an address, and there is nothing to pay, so we never see card details.
Where it goes
The site is hosted by Netlify, and the form is handled by Netlify Forms. When you press send, Netlify stores your submission so we can read it. Netlify also keeps ordinary server logs of visits to the site, including your IP address — that happens on any website, whether or not you use the form.
Email copies of submissions are not configured at the moment, though they may be switched on later.
Who reads it
Juan Luna, who owns Luna Build, and Angel Rubio of RAI Solutions, who manages this website for him. No other recipient is identified from how the site is currently set up.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests until you ask us to remove them. We do not delete them on a schedule.
Cookies, analytics and tracking
The current website code includes no analytics or advertising scripts and sets no cookies.
The current website code loads no third-party assets and enables no cross-site tracking before you click the map. Netlify, which hosts the site, keeps standard server logs including your IP address. If you click to load the Google map on our service area page, Google receives that request and may collect data under Google's own privacy policy. Until you click it, nothing on this site contacts Google.
Do Not Track
This site does not respond to Do Not Track signals. The site's own code sets no cookies and runs no analytics, so there is nothing for the signal to switch off.
Seeing, correcting or removing your details
Call (949) 566-4823 or email juan@lunabuildllc.com and say what you sent. We look the submission up by the phone number or email address you used. That is how to ask — get in touch and we will tell you what we have.
